TIME ZONE AND SEASONS OF THE YEAR:

Bolivia has only one time throughout the country and does not change between summer and winter. Our time zone is  four hours delayed on the Greenwich Meridian.  Because it is located in the Southern Hemisphere, its seasons are opposite to those of the Northern Hemisphere. That is, when the North's summer is winter in the South.
