Shipment and return policies

SHIPMENT POLICIES

  • Bolivia4U will ship merchandise according to the address you wrote when making your order. Bolivia4u will accept no claims for your mistakes or your changing of address.
  • Shipments will be made following customer’s instructions, either by mail, Courier or by any other means you choose.
  • Should any problem arises with the shipment time or delivery, or with non- reception of the order, the client must get in touch with us by email as soon as possible, so we can track the package and state a claim to the shipping company. However, you must understand that once Bolivia4u sends the order, the shipping company becomes responsible for its delivery until it arrives to destiny.

The client is responsible to find out with his own authorities should there be any restriction for purchasing any of the Bolivian products from Bolivia4u.

RETURN POLICIES

We will not accept return of merchandise in the following cases:

  • Customized and special orders, with colors, sizes or other particular details
  • Less than US$ 100 merchandise
  • Partial returns
  • More  than  three  working  days  after  the  order  reception,  we  will  accept  no change or return
  • When a returned product is damaged, incomplete or dirty.
  • Food products

We will do accept return of merchandise in the following cases:

  • Any product offered in the web page (no special  order), in  the original packages and with no damages.
  • Should the client  want  to change or  return an order, due to non -attributable to
  • Bolivia4u  problem,  shipping  and  return  expenses  to  La Paz-Bolivia  will  be  on client’s account.  Again, products should be returned in the original package and without having been employed in any of its functions. 
  • All  returns  of  merchandise  accepted  will  generate  a  charge  of  25%  of  the purchase price.

We will accept with no charge:

  • Returns for  errors imputable to Bolivia4U, such as shipment  of wrong items.   In that eventuality,  client should return the wrong item  as soon as possible, in the original package and with no damage at all, and Bolivia4u will ship the requested product, as soon as the returned item is received, at no extra charge.
  • In  case  the  client  had  received  his  order  with  missing  items,  Bolivia4U  will complete the order in the shortest period of time possible, at no extra charge for the client.

We would like to point  out  that  most  of  our  products are hand  made.   So colors  for example, may not be exactly the same as the ones in the published pictures. 

In general, rule  for return of orders is:  If the return id due  to mistakes  of Bolivia4 U, we will take care of all costs, but when a merchandise is returned not for a mistake of ours, client will have to pay for all costs involved, included the 25% mentioned above.
